Frames and Lenses are VERY reasonably priced. Lens cost depends on the lens style selected as well as any treatment options added, which can all be discussed during a consultation.
What’s needed to start the process? a VALID EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION, and existing eyewear if available. Twix N Between is a Medicaid credentialed Optical Provider, so we take Paramount Advantage, Molina, and Buckeye for glasses. Please have a copy of your insurance card available to check coverage and eligibility. We DO NOT take private insurance but if your insurance offers out of network benefits we can have paperwork completed to be submitted for reimbursement.

Eye Exam done through telemedicine platform. testing administered by Licensed Optician then reviewed and finalized by a Licensed Eye Doctor. Video visits with doctor also available, but require more time which incur additional charges
